To update your payment information follow these steps:
- Go to sonder.com/payment
- Enter your reservation details to complete 4FA.
- Enter your Credit Card details
- Click ‘Save’
Why can't I remove the card(s) from my account in the Sonder app?
If you’re within 30 days of a recent checkout and therefore unable to delete the card on file or are having trouble with the above steps, you can reach out to our 24/7 support team to update the card on file. Please note that once 30 days have passed from your departure date you will be able to delete any related cards.
