How do I request a folio?

If you booked your Sonder stay directly through Marriott or purchased an additional service—such as breakfast—you’ll receive an email after check-out with your folio attached. If you don’t receive it, please reach out to our 24/7 support team for a copy.


If you booked a Sonder with one of our other partners like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or VRBO, you’ll need to log in to the booking platform’s app or website to view and download your folio.
